It is the policy of Frontal Lobe Productions to never sell or share our mailing list, customer data base, and any identifying information about our customers. We do not engage in promotional opportunities with other companies.

We receive and store information you enter on our Web site strictly for the purposes of updating you with Frontal Lobe Productions products and services.


Agents
We employ several companies and individuals to help maintain our business affairs. Examples include our shipping and handling department, data entry personnel, and our credit card processing company. These companies and individuals have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.


Conditions for Use
When you visit FLP or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and therefore consent to receive information from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communication be in writing.

By purchasing material through Frontal Lobe Productions you are accepting the practice described in this Terms of Sale notice.

Transaction procedures

Return Policy:
We have carefully produced our videos and feel confident that there is no need for them to be returned unless they are damaged. You may return products only if the product is damaged—separate from shipping damage. Each purchase is unique and separate. We do not maintain customer accounts. Purchase confirmation e-mail after order is made and paid for.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Frontal Lobe Productions are made in accordance to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items are the purchaser's responsibility upon our delivery to the carrier.
